Common questions

Where is my data stored?

All your data is stored locally on your device. We don't have access to it and can't see what you create in the app.

What happens if I delete the app?

Since your data lives only on your device, deleting the app removes all your data. We recommend exporting a backup from Settings before deleting.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your Extra subscription in your iPhone's Settings app under your Apple ID > Subscriptions, or directly from the "Subscription & Support" section in the app.

Can I use My Next: Todo on multiple devices?

Currently, My Next: Todo works on a single device. Cross-device sync is planned for a future update and will be optional.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. We're focused on making the iOS version the best it can be first. Android is on the long-term roadmap.
